We want to improve the way we communicate with you! You will be receiving a survey shortly from Mt. Lebanon Municipality about your communication preferences. We ask you to do one of two things: Fill it out and return it (there’s an envelope provided but much love to you if you’d rather drop it off during business hours at the Municipal Building, 710 Washington Road) OR go to www.mtlebanon.org for the link to fill out the survey online. We want to hear from every Mt. Lebanon resident age 18 or older. The survey will ask you how you want to receive communications, what methods you currently use and what methods you’d like us to use, among other things.
What will we do with the results? We will make them work for you! The municipality contracted with A.S. Comms for an amount not to exceed $60,000, to formulate a communications strategy based on your feedback. That strategy will include all the ways you want to hear from us. We’ll also make sure we stay up to date on those methods, including getting any needed training.
