A new design showroom has opened in Mt. Lebanon — the first 84 Lumber Andersen Showroom in Pennsylvania. Located at 1675 Washington Road, the showroom is focused entirely on windows and doors from Andersen.

At 8,000 square feet, it’s the largest Andersen showroom in the 84 Lumber portfolio and only the third of its kind nationwide. The studio is designed for homeowners, architects, builders and designers who want a hands-on look at high-end product lines and the opportunity to consult with experienced staff.

“It is place where anyone can come and test out products, see enhancement options and speak to an expert,” said Melanie Zuccarini, PR and marketing specialist for 84 Lumber.

Visitors will find a full range of Andersen products on display, including the 100, 200 and 400 Series windows and doors, as well as the A-Series and E-Series product lines. The showroom also features MultiGlide doors with powered functionality, custom pivot doors, Lift n’ Slide doors and windows specifically for remodeling projects.

Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The studio is closed on Sundays. You may also make an appointment by calling 570-507-8015 to discuss project goals, explore available products and review timelines.

While this new showroom focuses exclusively on Andersen products, nearby 84 Lumber locations have design studios focused on kitchen and bath projects and services.

84 Lumber has a history tied to Mt. Lebanon and many longtime residents remember the company.

“Joe Hardy attended Mt. Lebanon High School. His family has a lot of ties to the South Hills area,” Zuccarini said, referring to 84 Lumber’s founder.
