In 1919, the Haller family owned the Mt. Lebanon Garage Company at the corner of Washington Road and Shady Drive West, which sold and serviced new cars. A few years later, the family opened Haller’s Used Cars across the street from Rollier’s Hardware, which was then the location of the Haller family home.
